Whether you have a straightforward or more complex situation, we advise on and prepare a Will to suit your family and personal circumstances.
Our professional, experienced Will & Probate advisors provide home visits within a 20 mile radius of Louth, Cleethorpes and the surrounding areas.

As part of our will writing process, we can also plan for business continuity, multiple property portfolios and estates that may have an inheritance tax liability (over £325,000 in value).
Our Will advisers are members of the Institute of Professional Will Writers (IPW) and have experience in dealing with various complex Will setups, including assets after divorce or remarriage. We will tailor the planning to your personal situation and if a trust is needed within the Will, we can talk you through this with the costs during the free initial meeting.

People often think that if they have a partner who they have resided with for many years, or a spouse through marriage, that they will automatically receive each others assets by default on first death, but sadly this is not the case. Particularly if there are children of either person. Please read our intestacy flowchart to see how your assets would pass without a valid Will in place.
There is a general misconception that Wills are only for the elderly or those who have wealth, but this is not correct. If you have any dependents, a child or even pets, a will is essential to ensure they receive the right care and access to assets when you are no longer here.
As a Will is a legally binding document, it is important to have it professionally prepared by a qualified will writer. Will writing from a professional means your wishes are less likely to be disputed and are not likely to be seen as invalid in the court of law.
